I’m a 20 something doing my best to navigate life with anxiety in a world that often doesn’t understand. I practice yoga and mindfulness in an effort to gain more strength in both my mind and body and often turn my focus to the breath in times of need.
I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and I’m still learning how to love myself, but I am taking more time and putting more effort in to improving both my mental and physical health through diet, exercise and general well-being.
I started this blog as a safe place for me to express my thoughts. My writing will likely center primarily around these two aspects of my life, although I will probably write whenever the mood strikes me which might result in some posts on a variety of subjects, or whatever is going on in my life at the time. This blog is for me, primarily, but if anyone reads it and relates to it in any way, or wants to share their own story or advice or thoughts with me, I would be more than happy to hear from you as well!
